Our cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the type of booking (trail rides, lessons, and camps). These policies are clearly outlined in the descriptions for each activity on our website and within the PeekPro booking system.
Lessons: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson for a full refund.
