Welcome to Riders of the Mark! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://ridersofthemark.com and participation in any services, lessons, or events provided by Riders of the Mark (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or participating in our services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site or book any services.

1. Services Provided

Riders of the Mark offers horseback riding lessons, training programs, and related equestrian activities. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. Safety & Assumption of Risk

Horseback riding is a physically demanding and inherently risky activity.
By participating in our lessons or events, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved, including potential injury.
You agree to follow all safety instructions from our instructors and staff.
A signed liability waiver is required for all riders prior to participation.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our safety policies.

3. Age Requirements

Minors must have written consent from a parent or guardian to participate.

4. Payment & Cancellation

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved online payments.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment at our discretion.

5. Attire & Equipment

All riders are required to wear closed-toe shoes. We highly recommend a certified riding helmet for adults, but all minors MUST wear one. Helmets may be provided, but riders are encouraged to bring their own. Proper attire helps ensure safety and comfort.

6. Code of Conduct

We’re all about kindness, respect, and shared love for horses.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from lessons or the premises if they behave inappropriately, act aggressively, or endanger others or animals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and media is owned by Riders of the Mark and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to process bookings and communicate with you. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted here and will become effective immediately. Your continued use of our services means you agree to the updated Terms.
